Availability, tuition, fees, and program details are subject to change and are confirmed in writing at enrollment. Enrollment is governed by our separate enrollment agreement and by applicable Maryland licensing requirements.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Program description. Our form offers two separate, optional consent boxes. By providing your mobile number and checking the non-marketing box, you agree to receive text messages from Step By Step Learning Center Too about your inquiry, including tour confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, account notifications, and replies to your questions. By checking the marketing box, you agree to receive text messages about availability updates, announcements, and occasional information about our programs and offers. You can check either box, both, or neither.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at +1 443-805-8238.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of enrollment in any program.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

5. Email Communications

If you give us your email address, we may send you messages about your inquiry, your scheduled tour, and our programs and availability. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We will still send you messages needed to respond to an active inquiry or booking.
